What if
the Armenian genocide resolution is voted down in the US congress

What if
the turks keep denying history and continue teaching Turkish schoolchildren that more Turks than Armenians died in a “conflict”.

What if
this resolution recognizing the Armenian genocide of 1915 is brought up again for vote in another year (in another time).

what if
the turkish govenment in its hysteria reacts the same way to the proposed resolution recognizing a historic fact.

what if
the Armenian genocide is highlighted in every news report and every newspaper.

what if
Armenians feel a sense of unity because they are reminded of how they ended up in the diaspora.

what if
this happens again...and again in the future.

I think the victims of the 1915 genocide and every other genocide in history will be smiling in heaven.
